Ms. Linlin Sou

A company supporting job placement for international students in Japan

Profile:
Since 2012, Ms. Sou has been involved in consulting for major global companies in Japan on hiring international talent, as well as supporting international students with job hunting and career changes in Japan. 
She has particularly focused on assisting students in science and engineering fields, helping over 7,000 students from more than 10 countries successfully secure employment in Japan over the past 13 years.
In addition, she also serves as a career guidance lecturer for international students at universities such as Sophia University.
